Hyde Fundraisers were delighted to work with Russell T Davies and Producer Phil Collinson supplying Daleks for the new Channel 4 Drama IT'S A SIN.

In September Hyde Fundraisers returned home with our first large scale appearance since January 2020. The group popped up in Hyde with various characters including Federation Troopers from Blakes 7.

Sculptor Ray Phillips and prop maker Kevin Davies also joined in with the fun. Members were also recognised for their contribution with certificates presented to Kevin Davies, Stefan Dean and former members Jan Southgate & Chrissy Jayne. There's an image gallery online at

Obviously with the pandemic the groups fundraising has been impacted. To support Children In Need this year we have produced some special online content for TRIAL OF DAVROS. With behind the scenes footage, interviews with some of those involved we present the story of one of Hyde Fundraisers most ambitious projects. the content will be released in November to encourage donations and has been dedicated to Michael Wisher and Peter Miles.
